Our Full Story

PC SafeLock was created by Advanced Computer Diagnostics (ACD), a family-owned small computer repair service company in Hendersonville, TN. Over time, ACD frequently encountered customers with non-booting computers who had been victims of hackers, lacked backups, or had faulty antivirus software. Many times, the data was beyond recovery, leaving us to deliver the bad news.

This inspired us to create PC SafeLock, an all-in-one solution that proactively prevents these problems. Our service includes Next-Generation Antivirus, Automatic Backup, Patching, Optimization, and Remote Support backed by ACTUAL PC TECHNICIANS.
